This morning we got up bright and early to get on the plane to Stockholm! It was a quick and easy flight and we got to our AirBnB by 1PM!
We are staying in a cute bed and breakfast about 20 minutes south of the city with a sweet Swedish family. After getting settled, we still had time to go into town for the afternoon so we spent a few hours walking around Old Town Stockholm. We walked by the Royal Palace and the Nobel Museum, two places we want to tour while we are here!
We loved the cute old buildings, city squares, and tiny streets!
While in Sweden, Alexander really wanted to have some Swedish meatballs, so tonight we found a traditional Swedish restaurant and had some delicious meatballs! They were complete with lingonberries and potatoes!
After we went home, we spent the evening speaking with our AirBnB hosts. They told us about life in Sweden and we shared about Minnesota! We love getting to know the locals by renting rooms in AirBnBs!
